Reactive Dog Training Level I $399

Does your dog bark, lunge, growl and pull when he sees another dog? Then this is the class for you! Reactive Dog Training is an 8-week class specifically for dogs that are reactive on leash: they bark, lunge, pull, or growl when they see other dogs. Classes are run by instructors who are certified and experienced in training and behavior modification techniques. In this class, you will learn to better understand your dog’s body language in addition to learning behavior modification protocols such as desensitization and counter conditioning. You will also learn how to get your dog to pay better attention to you, improve leash handling skills, and how to handle challenging situations.

The first class is an ORIENTATION so please do not bring your dog

Reactive Dog Training Level II $279

This 6-week course is held outdoors and will help you put into practice the skills you learned in Reactive Dog Training Level 1 Class. You will be able to apply what you learned in Level 1 to more real-world situations. We work in local parks, downtown areas, and the local neighborhood around the K9 Kim’s Training Center. You and your dog will learn how to navigate surprising or unexpected situations that may arise on a typical walk.

The pre-requisite is completion of Reactive Dog Training Level 1 or approval from one of the instructors.
